Porthiddy Farm Holiday Cottages lie on Pembrokeshire's rugged coastal landscape in an old farm within the quiet hamlet of Porthiddy, 500 yards from the beach. These traditional stone cottages were created using the existing farm buildings and are the perfect accommodation for a peaceful self-catering break.

Visitors to this beautiful stretch of the Pembrokeshire coast can relax and unwind in this haven of tranquillity and enjoy the panoramic sea views across the beach and Abereiddy Bay.

There are two cottages to choose from: Ty Canol or Bwythyn Hir. Both have been awarded 5-star grading and feature all modern conveniences and appliances for self- catering guests. They each have spacious living areas, and kitchens that are traditionally furnished in keeping with the rural atmosphere, and both are equipped with TV and DVD.

Ty Canol is a two-storey cottage that sleeps up to five guests. One bedroom contains a double and a single bed and the other has two singles. There is a downstairs bathroom and an upstairs shower-room.

Bwythyn Hir is a single-storey building that sleeps up to four guests in its two bedrooms: one double and one with two single beds. Both bedrooms afford views into the garden.

This part of Pembrokeshire has always been a popular tourist destination with lots of activities available for all tastes and budgets. Visitors can take peaceful scenic walks along the beaches and clifftops, or for those who like a challenge, climbing, surfing or kayaking.

The central location of these cottages; between the city of St David's and the Fishguard rail-terminal make them the perfect place from which to explore the many sights and attractions further afield.

As a testament to the magnificent scenic beauty of this part of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park it has also been used as a backdrop to many films including: Moby Dick, Jabberwocky and Harry Potter.
